    诊疗师填写执照信息

    1.从 myro.ca 登录到您的 MySOAP 帐户。

    2.请确认当前为诊疗师 Therapist 身份。可以参见身份切换部分进行身份切换。

    3.点击屏幕左侧 MySOAP Notes 旁边的下拉箭头，

    选择档案资料Profile。

    4.在执照 License 页面，点击添加 Add 按钮，­根据所持执照类型（针灸师或按摩师等）填写相应的 License Name, Name, License Number 字段。

    5.点击Submit 以确认并提交。
